The free plan gives you the full twenty-dimension assessment -- the same questions and scoring that paid users receive. You get your four capacity scores, five domain scores, overall coherence rating, and crosswalks to familiar frameworks like MBTI, Enneagram, and Big Five. You also get a summary PDF export. The core assessment never gets paywalled.

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Your assessment data is always yours and never gets deleted when you change plans.

The Standard trial gives you full access to every Standard feature for seven days -- AI narrative reports, centering paths, dyadic compatibility, timeline tracking, and detailed PDF exports. No credit card required to start. If you choose not to continue, you simply revert to the Free plan with all your data intact.

The Practitioner plan includes full HIPAA compliance for clinical use. All protected health information (PHI) is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and subject to integrity hashing and audit logging. Clinical notes, client data, and assessment results all comply with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules. We also provide a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for every Practitioner account.

Your data is always yours. When you downgrade from Standard to Free, your assessment scores, capacity profiles, and coherence ratings are fully preserved. Your AI-generated narratives and timeline data remain stored in your account -- you simply lose the ability to generate new ones until you upgrade again. If you downgrade from Practitioner, your clients retain their own data; your clinical notes are archived and available if you re-upgrade within 90 days.

Yes. Switch to annual billing using the toggle at the top of this page to save 17% on both Standard and Practitioner plans. Annual plans are billed in a single payment and include the same trial period as monthly plans. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings.

The Practitioner plan includes data export in standard formats that work with most practice management systems. We also offer GDPR-compliant bulk data export for compliance and portability.
