See where you are across twenty dimensions. Understand your growth edges. Navigate toward them — your way.

About the Framework

What Is the Icosa?

Icosa is a clinical-grade personality framework that maps twenty dimensions of human experience across four fundamental capacities: how you open to the world, how you focus your attention, how you bond with others, and how you move through life.

It doesn't sort you into a type. It gives you a complete geometry — a living, measurable structure that shows not just who you are, but how everything connects. Each dimension is measured independently across five domains — physical, emotional, mental, relational, and spiritual — producing a unique twenty-point profile as individual as a fingerprint.

Icosa comes from the Greek eikosi, meaning twenty — the number of harmonies produced when four capacities cross five domains.

What People Say

Trusted by individuals and practitioners

I've taken every personality assessment out there. This is the first one that showed me something I didn't already know — and gave me a concrete path forward.
Individual user
The structural approach gives me language I didn't have before. I can see my clients' patterns in ways that traditional instruments never revealed.
Licensed therapist
We did the couples assessment expecting a compatibility number. What we got was a map of our actual dynamic — where we reinforce each other and where we get stuck.
