Live Beta

Icosa is in live beta

Icosa is a holistic personality framework — not medical software. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or observe behavior. Each result describes only what a person’s structure currently supports: the building and the floor plan, not what happens inside. This beta is for practitioners, clinicians, and early‑adopter explorers, not for general clinical use.

The instrument has been rigorously validated against clinical standards, but the system is brand‑new and only beginning real‑world use. Final measurements, terms, and features stabilize by Summer 2026; the public release will be greatly simplified and built for safe, general use.

During this beta, HIPAA, GDPR, privacy policies, terms of service, and data stability are not enforced — everything is changing rapidly as the platform improves toward launch.

About the Framework

What Is the Icosa?

Icosa is a structural model of how life moves through a person. Four Capacities — Open, Focus, Bond, Move — name the operations that receive, orient, connect, and express. Five Domains — Physical, Emotional, Mental, Relational, Spiritual — name the territories those operations run through. Their intersection produces twenty Harmonies.

A Harmony is a meeting: how life moves crossed with where it lives. Reception in the Body. Attention to a thought. Felt Belonging with another person. Each one can be Centered, Under-expressed, or Over-expressed — and every Off-Centered Harmony carries its own direction back toward Centered.

The model describes structure and leaves content to whatever method is brought to it — clinical, coaching, contemplative, educational, spiritual. Icosa is Greek for twenty: the count of harmonies four capacities and five domains produce together.

Who It's For

Two audiences. One instrument.

For Individuals & Couples

See the structure beneath the surface

Icosa maps the twenty harmonies that make up how you receive, orient, connect, and express — across body, emotion, mind, relationship, and meaning. You see where life is moving, where it is stuck, and a specific direction back toward centered for every off-centered harmony. The same instrument extends to couples: each partner's harmonies plus the structure of the relationship between you, so recurring patterns become locatable instead of mysterious.

  • The full twenty-harmony reading of how life moves through you
  • A defined path back toward centered for every off-centered harmony
  • Couples reading: your structure, your partner's, and the dyad it forms
  • Longitudinal retakes that distinguish real change from measurement noise

For Practitioners & Clinics

A structural reading you can bring into any modality

Icosa does not replace what you already do, and it does not compete with it. Whatever your training — analytic, somatic, contemplative, behavioral, relational, pastoral — the reading rests on geometry, not on any theory of change, so it complements your practice without displacing it. The same reading is legible to a colleague in another tradition and equally legible to the client, which makes it a shared reference layer across disciplines and shortens the months it usually takes to build a working mutual picture.

Every reading comes with a built-in Centering Plan — a sequenced list of which Harmonies to engage and in what order, derived from the actual configuration of the client in front of you. Retakes track movement quantitatively, so what has shifted and what has held becomes visible to you and the client at the same time. And when a referral makes sense, the same reading shows what kind of practitioner the client's structure is best matched to.
